AI for High Dimensional PDE modeling in Oncology
• Developed a n-Dimensional non-linear Partial Differential Equations (PDEs) solver framework employing
Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs), resulting in an exponential reduction of time complexity
compared to traditional methods.
• Developed the resolution of a 4D PDE model to simulate adaptive treatment response in melanoma, considering tumor cells, ECM-NE (Extracellular Matrix and Nutrient Environment), and drug interactions, with BRAF/MEK inhibitors applied based on tumor size.
• Researched and proposed 2 methods to solve interdependent systems of non-linear PDEs with PINNs.
